Please explain.

i am out on medical disability from my job. my employer is requesting i sign a release form to send my entire personnel file and my personal physician’s records to their physician so that he may determine whether or not i am fit to return to work. i can’t imagine what my 28 year employment records and my independent medical records have to do with this illness. can they require me to do this?

I weigh 133lbs
I am 5 foot 9.5
also.. how much exercise shall i do? and what exercises?
I know this belongs in diet & fitness, but all you get in that section is advertisements.

I have had quite a bad day today food wise. It is now 6PM here so I can’t exercise (plus I am spending the night with my family) so I am going to exercise tomorrow. I want to burn the maximum calories I can in one hour to 30 minutes without any equipment - how do you suggest doing so?
I can walk briskly, cycle, swim, run (but only for about 5 - 10 minutes - my overall fitness isn’t too great) so what do you suggest? I want something that will burn lots of calories.

I’m starting to get back into fitness. I enjoy working out. I sometimes skim through magazines like Self to get exercise tips but I find that most of the time the moves are focused on toning your abs, butt, and legs. Only once did I see an exercise focused on the back but it requires that you do it on this specific piece of gym equipment. I don’t belong to a gym and I don’t have one at home. I want to build muscle in and/ tone my upper back but my main problem area is my lower back. That’s the area I’m interested in the most. Does anyone have any tried and true techniques they can offer/recommend?
Note: I don’t mind lifting weights
