I broke both bones in my lower left leg and need to be able to run, and pass a Physical Fitness test, as soon as possible. Any exercises or tips ? I’m riding a bike to strengthen the muscles and I’m walking, albeit with a slight limp, without assistance.
Also, I don’t have health insurance or means to pay a doctor. I have no physical therapy instructions or any of the like.
