Will Pushups only increase my strength and make my muscles big? I mean big biceps and triceps and forearm?
I weight 140, 15 years old i do 60 pushups and i do like once in the morning i want get stronger and bigger. So what stye pushups should i do and how many times a day. WHen will i get results? Will is stun my hieght? SHould i also wait a day before doing it again only pushups please. Thank You
