What do people look for in personal trainers?
My husband and I are both in school for Fitness Training. It’s an excellent school and it’s a formal education learning such things as fitness testing, strength and conditioning, functional training, special populations, nutrition and weight management and exercise science foundations. This is no quick study certification process and I’d like to know exactly what people feel they need most in a trainer and/or some personal experiences anyone has had, good and bad for us to learn from.
