What are good excersises for each muscle group?

I recently joined 24 hour fitness and I want to know more exercises I can do for each muscle group that I can alternate everytime I work on it.
I recently joined 24 hour fitness and have been following a pretty decent diet. I see results, but I want to know more exercises for each muscle group. I usually work on chest and back, shoulders and delts, bi’s and tri’s, abs, and legs.
