What are all the benefits of joining a gym and do they outweigh the costs?
I’m really thinking I need to join a gym since I can’t do it on my own. I have a desk job so I don’t think I get nearly as much exercise as I should. I’m not overweight, but I have been gaining weight (darn sweet tooth). Not to mention other trivial health issues that I’m curious if physical fitness and activity would help. Also, should I focus on strength training or aerobic? I want to get toned and fit in my clothes better.
