pushups problem tell me your opinion?
2-3 months ago, i was able to do 60 pushups in 1 minute.
i decided to attempt something new, which was to perform 1 more pushup than the amount yesterday starting from 30.
The speed decreased substantially but it would build more endurance.
yesterday was my 115th pushup mark and i decided to take a rest today and see how many i would do in 1 minute max speed.
Unforunately, i ended up doing 56 pushups in 1 minute
would it be better to build the quantity of pushups or the speed?
