I need help from someone who knows a lot about diet and fitness?
I want to gain weight, basically bulk up. I have a really skinny bone structure so i want to gain some weight along with muscle. But i need to talk to someone who knows what they’re talking about because i want to learn about what foods are good for bulking up, and also for that person to help me make up a workout schedule.
